The ICM7555 are CMOS RC timers with improved performance over the standard 555 timers. Can be used as replacements in most applications.
Feature: Wide supply voltage range & higher frequency performance.
2 Modes: 1-Shot, Astable (Oscillator)
The circuits are triggered and reset on falling (negative) waveforms, and the output can source or sink TTL currents.
Supply: 2-18VDC
